This NAIDOC Week, DICE Australia proudly celebrates 50 years of honouring the strength, resilience, and cultural richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The 2025 theme, “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy,” speaks directly to the heart of our mission – to empower Indigenous communities through opportunity, leadership, and legacy.
Our journey at DICE (Aust) is deeply rooted in this legacy. Guided by our Founder and Director, Raymond Pratt, a proud Western Arrernte man, we were built on a vision that goes beyond bricks and mortar. It’s a vision grounded in self-determination, cultural integrity, and the belief that strong communities begin with opportunity.
From humble beginnings, Ray’s leadership has empowered a company that now delivers complex infrastructure across the Territory, all while uplifting Indigenous capability and voice.
As a 100% Indigenous-owned infrastructure and construction company, DICE Australia is committed to more than just delivering major projects. We’re committed to delivering meaningful change. Through employment pathways, accredited training, and culturally safe workplaces, we’re investing in the next generation of First Nations professionals, leaders, and innovators.
As the NAIDOC movement continues to evolve, so too does our commitment. We remain focused on building not just infrastructure but futures, enabling the next generation to thrive in spaces where Indigenous people lead and succeed.
This NAIDOC Week, we honour those who walked before us, celebrate the leaders of today, and stand beside the young people shaping tomorrow. Together, we’re building a legacy of Indigenous excellence that will endure for generations to come.
