DICE Australia is proud to announce the award of two new contracts under the Northern Territory Government’s Urban Public Housing Program, strengthening our role in delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality housing for Territorians.

In Katherine, DICE (Aust) has been awarded a major project involving the design and construction of five new dwellings under the Northern Region Panel Contract. This development represents more than just new homes, it reflects a shared commitment to addressing overcrowding, homelessness and housing shortages in the region. By collaborating with local stakeholders and subcontractors, we will ensure the project is not only built to specification but also responsive to community needs.

The second project, located in Millner, will see the design and construction of three new two-bedroom dwellings. Built to the latest Urban Public Housing Design Guidelines, these modern and durable blockwork homes will provide much-needed accommodation while meeting high standards of quality, functionality and affordability. Our scope of work includes full design, certification and construction, with a strong focus on delivering on time and on budget.

As a 100% Indigenous-owned construction company, DICE Australia is proud to partner with the NT Government and the Department of Logistics and Infrastructure on projects that directly impact families and communities across the Territory. These contracts are a continuation of our long-standing relationship and shared vision for delivering infrastructure that supports Territorians today while planning for the needs of tomorrow.

Beyond the delivery of new homes, these projects reaffirm our commitment to cultural safety, Indigenous employment and sustainable community development. By combining industry-leading construction expertise with community-first values, DICE (Aust) is helping create a stronger and more connected Northern Territory.
